Joe was appointed to the Board in November of 2006 and was elected to a 4-year term in the spring of 2007. Joe moved to Atwood from Champaign in 2004 with his wife and two children, and their thir child is due to be born in July. He works at  Parkland College Business Training and serves on the Village Board in Atwood as the Chairman of the Civic Improvement, Tourism, and Special Projects Committee. Joe also serves on the Police, Health, and Safety Committee and the Buildings, Insurance, Parks, Waste Management and Property Management Committee.
